Ms. Xu Jing graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in law.

Ms. Xu Jing worked in a state-owned enterprise from 2009 to 2017 and has extensive experience in corporate governance and project management.

Ms. Xu Jing is currently a full-time lawyer of Shanghai W&W Partners and a member of the Communist Party of China.

Ms. Xu Jing specializes in litigation and non-litigation legal services in civil and commercial fields such as company law and contract law. At present, the main service areas are company legal affairs, maker space SME legal services, government legal affairs, intellectual property legal affairs. Ms. Xu has a good cooperative relationship with a large number of enterprise parks, such as Pudong Golden Bridge Park, Zhangjiang Core Park, Zhangjiang Huangpu Park, Kr Space, Ucommune, Mytech, Venture Star Factory, Integrated Circuit Design Incubation Base, Chuangka Hechuang and so on.

Ms. Xu Jing has provided legal training for enterprises in several industrial parks in Huangpu District, including Huangpu District Intellectual Property Park, Putian Information Industry Park, Xuhui Software Park, Shanghai University Student Foundation, Huangpu District Enterprise Promotion Center. Ms. Xu Jing has also participated in internet financial enterprise verification project, maker space and incubator SME legal service project, government purchase service effectiveness evaluation project, Single-purpose prepaid card verification project. Ms. Xu Jing also engages in legal affairs such as labor relations disputes, corporate construction engineering litigations, and perennial legal advisors (consulting and answering, document revision, and special service design).
